Report A Suspicious Mail

We strongly advise you to be cautious about fraudulent emails that impersonate Capital Small Finance Bank (CSFB). If you receive an email requesting sensitive account information, such as your PIN, password, or account number, and it claims to be from CSFB, please report it by forwarding the email to customerrelations@capitalbank.co.in

We want to emphasize that as a standard policy, we do not request the following information from our customers via email:

• Credit Card number
• Debit Card number
• Customer Identification Number
• Account Number
• Credit Card PIN
• ATM PIN (Personal Identification Number)
• NetBanking Password
• PhoneBanking Password

If you have mistakenly provided such information, please report it to us immediately.
