Convenient bill payments through various channels
Bill payment is a facility provided to the customer to make their utility payments online through digital banking. Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) is a Reserve Bank of India-mandated initiative, offering integrated and secure bill payment services. It provides multiple payment modes, including online and agent-based transactions, along with instant confirmation, facilitating a transition from cash to electronic payments.

The BBPS can be referred to as a two-tiered system because it is primarily composed of two approved participants carrying out distinct activities.
Visit your nearest branch: To begin the process, bring your KYC documents and passport-sized photographs to your nearest branch. You can fill out the application form at the branch to get started.

BBPS, or the Bharat Bill Payment System, is an RBI-mandated platform that ensures secure, reliable, and unified bill payment services to customers nationwide.
BBPS offers a comprehensive range of bill categories, including utility bills (electricity, water, gas), telecom bills, DTH and broadband bills, insurance premiums, and more.
You can access your transaction history by navigating to the "Transaction History" option within the bill payment menu on CSFB Internet Banking or our website.
BBPS services are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the year, including all public holidays. However, please note that at AU Small Finance Bank branches, BBPS services are available only during banking hours.
Currently, no charges are imposed for bill payments made through BBPS.
